I don't know the nutrient value, I've never had it tested, actually I've never had my soil tested, but I'm thinking of one day doing that.
I make a lot of teas also, by using a lot of biomass (weeds) I grow in my yard. I don't bother with aeration of the tea, they're totally anaerobic, but the plants don't seem to mind. People hate it, but the plants love it. Everything is very lush and green, so I'm guessing plenty of nutrients.
