To Stake or Not to Stake... that is the question...

Just brought this cutey home... a tri-color beech (Fagus Sylvatica Rosa Marginata)

Should I stake it or not? I've stumbled upon quite bait of info against staking..

Thoughts? Thanks!

They need a bit of protection from hot sun & strong wind anyway ( or else the leaves burn so a stake just in its very early establishment days should be enough. They grow very slowly into big trees if left unpruned.
