Over the years, I have killed quite a few tree, especially the one with a deformed pear each year. It was hard work. I wish I had tried grafting, chip or whip grafting. It can take a long time to have a tree to grow to this size. I raised quite a few from seeds, not having room for them, they are languishing outside and are only 6 inches tall. Nice to live in the US where the heat and humidity certainly help tree grow fast! Here my lemon seedlings take their time!
