Strawberry sun scald + when will runners come?

My strawberries are getting sun scald. Should I move the plant to a more shadier area? Also, I am growing All Star strawberries (June bearing). It's almost their first year and no runners so far. When will they come?

I believe it is OK, as long as they have water it should not be a problem.
