Can anyone advise? Can I show spring cabbage seeds now? If so what varieties are best for sowing now?

Sow them now or August for best UK results.

I like, "Wheeler's Imperial," "Durham Early," and "April".

If you buy a packet of each seed, you can sow a few of each, to find your own favourite, without wasting money, as brassica seeds last five years without the germination rate dropping, and you will still get some germinating after ten years, if you can store them well.

What is your geographical location? How cold does it get there? Does it get below 25 degrees F. Do you live in the desert? I can not tell you anything until I know what your weather is like.

His flag says he's UK; that's all we need to know as far as spring greens/cabbages go.
