Veronica leaf spot. Almost every plant has its own variety of Leaf spot. Treatment is the same for all, a good quality fungicide. Remove and destroy any affected leaves.

Veronica Septoria Leaf Spot (Septoria veronicae) is an ascomycete fungus known to infect various species of Speedwell (Veronica) in the Plantain Family (Plantaginaceae). Sometimes, f you catch the disease early in its onset, sanitation may be enough to control it. Remove and dispose of all infected leaves and mulch the soil around the plant with a fresh wood chip mulch.
