My spider plant has been living its best life giving me lots of babies but today I noticed these, what are they? Where did they come from? How do I get rid of them and are they contagious?
Please help

3. Spray aphids with natural solutions.
  1. Neem oil + insecticidal soap. Combine one tablespoon of insecticidal soap, one tablespoon of neem oil, and one gallon of water. ...
  2. Essential oils. Per gallon of water, use no more than 10 drops each of peppermint, thyme, rosemary, and clove essential oils.
