Snowy Owl

I was making supper yesterday and looked out my window, a snowy owl was sitting in my garden by an apple tree snacking on a hawk that was snacking on a mouse or something. Was interesting to see, I took some pics and will transfer them to my laptop maybe tomorrow if anyone is interested in seeing it. I've never seen one take out a hawk before, kind of interesting.. the food chain in motion.

I won't show the pics if it snacking on the hawk, but the hawk is under it lol.

I think it is a young snowy owl, usually when I see them they are almost pure white but this one has lots of black feathers.. usually means a bird is young.
