Snow fountain tree?

Hi! We got a white snow fountain weeping tree a couple of years ago. It attracts a ton of bees while it’s flowering and they go away by the time it turns green is this normal? is there anything to do for it? We have the tree in the bed right next to the front door so it’s kind of annoying.
Also when we planted these in our front bed we were new homeowners. Now i’m thinking is this going to get super tall and we need to move it? I know we can keep the branches short but how do i know how tall it will get
