Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

There are parasitoid Chalcid wasps (Chalcidoidea, Hymeoptera), in the genera Aphytis and Encarsia, among others that are known to lay their eggs on Citrus Snow scale (Unaspis citri). Some of these may be commercially available. If possible, speak with your local agricultural extension office.
