I went in vacation and when I came back the leaves on my turmeric plant were starting to turn yellow. Do you think it needs to be repotted? Maybe it is time to harvest it?

Welcome to the forum! :)

Turmeric is meant to be pretty tough stuff, but perhaps it didn't have enough water while you were away?

I agree that your turmeric is sick. In fact, it is very sick. If it does not lack water - irrigation should be twice a day, one in the morning and another in the late afternoon for potted plants - then you have to check the roots. There is some kind of a pest that attacks the roots of the plants. That's what happened to one of our lemon plant which died recently. There are some traces of insects in the roots.
