Pumpkin Leaf Turning White

One of my leaves is white/crunchy around the perimeter. It doesn’t look like powdery mildew. Do I just need to fertilize? Increase water intake?

Is it scalding? That happens to cucurbits around here.

Firstly, removed the leaf which are totally powdery and which leaf are partially affected you can use a home remedies to get rid of it , Take equal amount of milk and water in a spray bottle and spray that mixture on top and effected parts of leaves twice a week. If this does not work then go for fertilizers.
