Pruning advice for English Walnut tree

It will do fine. it's just a sapling with plenty of time to train.

Black Walnut grows wild everywhere around here but I've never heard of anyone who specifically buys walnut trees. I guess the loggers send them to the sawmill but oak seems to be king for them.
