I'm beginning the hardening off process on my cauliflower, broccoli and Pak Choi plants from my inside growing area and have noticed the bottom leaves on my plants and some of my tomato leaves as well have been getting spots and dying and wondered if anyone knows what might be happening, I try very hard to avoid getting water on the leaves to prevent any fungal diseases but wonder if perhaps my air flow isnt high enough, thanks for any tips or diagnoses!

It looks like they're just getting old and dying off which is natural but don't get them too wet.

They're in quite small cups and look large enough to have used up the nitrogen in the growing medium.
Transplant asap (and I mean today!) and water in with a handful of Epsom salts in your watering can.
If your caulies have stopped growing, they'll never be right, but the others will be ok.
