Pls help my Pileas (Chinese Money Plant)

In the last few weeks a three of my Pilea plants have experienced some discolouration. The edge of the leafs have become much paler and feel softer to the touch. The rest of the Pilea plants in the same room are all fine, it’s just this cluster.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips?

The cause of yellowing leaves on Pilea plants is overwatering. Only water your Pilea when the top 25% of the soil in the pot is dry or the top two inches of the soil is dry. Soil should remain damp, but never wet for any period of time, like setting in water tray. It could be lack of proper drainage holes in the containers.
