This is a variegated cultivar of New Guinea Impatiens (Impatiens hawkeri). There are many similar cultivars with different flower colors. Impatiens hawkeri is a species in the Impatiens Family (Balsaminaceae), native to New Guinea, the Bismarck Archipelago, and Solomon Islands. Many cultivars have been bred and selected as ornamental plants for gardens and containers.
