I got sun, I got to remove my sweater becauise it was too warm to wear one while working outside. Fresh air, free vitamin D.

THAnK YOU Mother nature.

Wonderful day.

I am going to sleep the sleep of the dead for the first time in months.

It doesn't get better than this!

Cheers all.

Vert nice warm sunny day in Southern New England yesterday also, best so far this year. Some clouds moving in today but should be warm enough to melt the remaining snow we have.

I'm happy for you, Doesn't matter who you are or where you are, that first real day of gardening each spring is truly exciting and invigorating.

Been down to a T shirt a few times, but still getting the cold winds so a jacket isn't too far away.

Things are really getting away in the greenhouse now :)

I wear a shell under my sweater so today my neck didnt get sun but my arms were fully exposed. Glad I have tidy armpits..

Today we were up to 26c or 79f.

Got two days worth of todo done. I am so lucky to have flexibilty with my work schedule.

Now the wind has kicked up, probably gusting to 50k 30mph and a super thynderstorm expected as I sit here with a wee dwink to keep my muscles loose...medicinal purposes....

Yesterday the weather was very decent to us here too. I spent a bit of time during high noon and weeded out my tiny garden area. It feels so good to have the sun warming up my skin :)

Congratulations, Lori! As you know, I've been out in the garden for a while now. Unfortunately, we've gone from days in the 50s and 60s to days in the 70s and 80s. The past several days it's been raining almost continuously, making it difficult to get much done outdoors. It's keeping the temperature in the 70s though, so at least we have that.

Still trying to get all my edibles transplanted. Some things have already flowered and begun setting fruit. It's a little exciting to see it all beginning to take shape.

Sounds like you had a really great day:)
I spend a lot of time with my family now, so I can't garden as often as I used to. All I did yesterday was transplanting a miniature daffodil to a bigger pot.

We don't get winter really. It was 70ish today and that is cooler then it has been. We had some 90s already which were much hotter than normal.

It sounds like you had a wonderful time, Lori. Good for you. I am looking forward to the next year so I can do the very same thing.
