I'm growing 3 varieties of lettuce seedlings, but only one is just about dead for some odd reason.

Top left (dying): All Year Round: https://www.theseedcollection.com.au/lettuce-all-year-round-p
Bottom left: Little Gem: https://www.theseedcollection.com.au/lettuce-little-gem
Right: Great Lakes: https://www.theseedcollection.com.au/Lettuce-Great-Lakes

They all get the same water, grown in same soil, all in the right season to grow in my area, and are doing fine all except for the that one... baffled.
It's not all that cold here, no frost yet.

Yeah I know one is also getting chewed on too lol I think I've got rid of that pest.

Fascinating… I’ve had something similar happen with pepper plants where I found out the roots were getting eaten by grubs in the soil. All plants were healthy except for one which got droopy leaves (and eventually died) within 24 hours. Completely different plant I know, but just my 2 cents. I’d been refilling my raised bed with soil from my backyard which has a lot of grubs in it (usually I’ll run it through a 1/4inch screen to remove them, but I was lazy!).

I’ll let someone with muuuch more experience chime in though 😁

Yeah i dont get it lol, maybe that specific variety is more s4ensitive to overwatering or the cold, i might grow some more in a more isolated seedling box indoors to see what happens
