Need Pepperoncini Pickling Recipe

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a pepperoncini pickling recipe. Like the Pastene ones you can buy at the store for sandwiches. I've been searching the internet for days and cannot find one. I like my peppers crunchy. Can anyone help? I'd prefer a traditional canning recipe so I can store them/give them as gifts.

Hi- I have tried several recipes for pepperoncini but they always get mushy after canning. Maybe try a hot brine and refrigerate?
