I'm in zone 4b

3 of my bell pepper plants are looking a little funky, they are dropped over while the rest of the bed stands tall. Discoloration on leaves would have made me think mildew/mold. But we've been spraying regularly with milk /water solution.

Additionally in the past whenever we've had fungus issues on mature plants it's spread much worse before plants shows signs of flipping or distress.

It looks like mildew as you mentioned. I've never heard of using milk/water before, interesting. I had to read up on it and apparently a lot of people say it works. But they don't seem to agree on the ratio or type of milk lol.
