My garlic is sad :(

When I first planted it, it shot right up and grew very fast. Now its pretty much stopped and some of the leaves are wilting. Can anyone tell what's wrong with it?

Looks like you soil is sopping wet. Garlic doesn't like wet feet

A good soaking every 10 days should be sufficient
