Monstera (Black dots and grey splotches)

Hi,

I've had this monstera for about three months now, and the last month some of the leaves, especially the smaller ones, have developed these grey and brownish black splotches. Any idea to why and how to treat them?

Also, it's hard to see but there are black dots on the leave as well, normally a higher concentration in the grey splotches. I'm thinking it's a bug of some kind but not sure what or how to treat.
