Hi, could anyone tell me why my Monstera Albo produced such a small leaf? I bought it last year, was seating in the water to get good roots, then I transferred it to the soil and it started growing a leaf but eventually it ended up being very micro.
Is bought a few days ago a growing lamp, but I'm wondering what could be wrong. My other monsteras are growing fast and big,

I’m pretty sure the leaf is so small because there isn’t enough plant to produce anything bigger. The energy needed to grow a bigger leaf is way beyond what your, relatively, small plant can provide. Give it time and it will reach its full potential.

I agree, the plant doesn’t have the power yet. Idk if you have other variegated plants but I’ve noticed that they grow much slower than their “regular” counterparts.
