I've been growing this mango and avocado trees from seeds for about 7 months now. For the past 3 months, they basically stop growing. There are no new activities whatsoever. Should I start using some light fertilizer on them?

Could they just naturally be slowing down because It's fall/winter? Even though you're in Florida. :)
I know houseplants go a bit dormant in winter, even though the temperatures are fairly constant. And IIRC, spring is the best time to fertilise.
