Grafting a random Mango tree?

Hi. So I'm very new to gardening so bare with me. I found a mature mango seedling that's about 1-2 years old. I have no idea what variety this is. How would i go about grafting this? If it would help i could upload a picture of the plant if anyone could identify it. I have no idea what rootstock to choose.
