Lucky Bamboo - Help

Hello,

My lucky bamboo has turned yellow and is shrivelled However, I've saved 2 shoots from it. Will they just be OK in water, does anyone know?

Hello! According to my internet research, you must be very careful of the water you use for your bamboo. The chemicals in tap water(chlorine, fluoride) can be harmful! I say, use rainwater! It does mention Spring, or distilled water, but I will always recommend rainwater as the best plant water. And never use cold water. Allow it to become room-temperature. And change the water in your bamboo frequently to keep the water clean and fresh. Also, avoid direct sunlight for your bamboo, but give it bright light. Hope this helps! Good luck!
