The Mrs and I want 2 more of these trees but no one can tell us what it is. It is approx 25 feet tall, has small flowers in the spring but doesnt drop nuts or seeds that we can tell. Tree is in Northeastern Florida (zone 9a). Please help!

Take a piece to a local independent nursery. There's probably someone there who can tell you what it is.
From a quick search it looks like possibly Curry Leaf tree, Murraya koenigii.
