A few months ago 20 cows broke through my fence and munched on my apple and mango trees which have all recovered well.
They also ate one side of my lime tree and I'm wondering is there any way to promote limb growth to replace the limbs they ate.

Welcome @CharlieBear62

If it was my plant, I would just let the plant rebuild itself and continue to follow the procedure =s you used to get it This far. You can prune to shape if needed but keep on keeping on.
