Leaves Falling Already

I have in my new yard several large trees, one of them is a sycamore tree with very large leaves. These leaves are falling more and more every day. The temperture in my area has been below all summer. It feels like late September instead of late August.

I would like to compost the leaves, any suggestions?

I would like to compost the leaves, any suggestions?

Rake up the leaves and put them in a plastic garbage bag. Then stomp the bag breaking up the leaves into small pieces and thourghly wet them. Then dump them somewhere handy and keep adding organic material
