Our jade tree started dropping yellow leaves like crazy so I moved it into a place of more sunshine and repotted it. There are now branches falling off and leaves are falling off like crazy. Help!
Repotting a Jade plant into a larger container will raise the water volume in the root zone and suffocate the plant. Jade plants don't need much water to thrive and if you add water to a large amount of new soil you will cut off the oxygen in the roots.
Can you post a photo of the plant in the container so I can see what you have?
The problem is water management. Assuming it has good drainage holes. Take a spoon or a fork and very gently dig down the side of the plant. Put a newspaper down to lay the soil on. Feel the soil in the middle of the pot. Is it bone dry?
A bigger problem is light. The plant wants full sun all day long and if it doesn't get enough it drops leaves and eventually stems. Open those blinds, or better, lift them up so it gets more sun.
