Hi there,

my Jade plant keeps dropping leaves (lost a few more since the photo was taken). I think I water it pretty sparingly
and didn't do any watering since the initial symptoms but now I have no idea if it was too much or too little water after all.

How does this look to you?

Although I am no expert on indoor plants, I do know that jade plants drop their bottom leaves naturally, and they don't grow back. I think that as long as the roots are not too wet, or squishy, the plant might be telling you it needs more light. The other problem could be if it's situated near a heating radiator which will dry the air around the plant.

Sure! Here are some more. Unfortunately, no drainage due to the nature of the planter but I put plenty of clay balls at the bottom to mitigate it and I think that I water the plant very sparingly.

Yo, it sounds like your Jade plant is throwing a bit of a tantrum, huh? If it's dropping leaves but you've been pretty chill on the watering, it's kinda like walking a tightrope to figure out what's up. Jade plants are pretty tough cookies and they dig the "less is more" approach when it comes to water. Too much water is usually the culprit when leaves start falling off, but if you've gone full desert mode since it started acting up, you might have swung too far the other way. Check the soil to make sure it's not too dry or too soggy. It should feel like a damp sponge, not a wet mop or dry dirt road. Also, make sure your Jade gets plenty of light; these guys love to soak up some rays. Try giving it a sip only when the top inch of soil feels dry. Stick with that, and hopefully, your Jade will start to perk up and stop the leaf-drop drama.

Bonjour,
Pour ce que je sais de cette plante, si les feuilles sont jaunes, molles et tombantes, alors il s'agit bien de l'arrosage excessif

I'm gonna take this advice to heart as well, I have a temperamental jade too...

Make sure it doesn't set in water from the drainage tray.
