There are newts in the pond, all the bulbs are showing, and there is a paperwhite coming into flower, not in the house, in a trough outside. I got a max min thermometer with a remote that goes in the greenhouse for Christmas and it hasn't gone below double figures yet.
It's bloody January, sorry about the language, but I mean ...

I actually wrote this a couple of days ago, then found I had not hit 'Post' when I went to start another thread. It does look like getting a bit colder over the next couple of nights it is true, but I bet it doesn't last. It is so tempting to start the things I would plant in March in February, I suppose if they get frozen I can always replant.

Yeah. During Christmas my Elephant Ears were unfurling new growth. It will be 23f degrees tonight so back to regular programming.
