It looks like it might have experienced sun scorch or heat stress. What has the weather been like? Which Fig (Ficus carica) cultivar is this?

To be honest im not sure of the cultivar.
Its been doin this for 2 years and dropped all its leaves last year months before autumn.
Its not bern expensively warm.
I'm not certain, but perhaps this is a fungal disease similar to anthracnose. Err on the side of caution. and clean up all fallen leaves and dispose of them well away from the tree. Continue to observe and give the tree best care. Water deeply but infrequently. Mulch around the tree with a nutritive compost.
