Is this plant poison oak?

I've been cleaning out the backyard and noticed this plant. I've been cutting it down but now I've been getting skin rashes. Could it be poison oak?

No. It looks like English Ivy

As @NE Ohio John stated, Ivy.If you are trying to remove it just chopping it down will not work. You've got to kill the roots.

The Roundup Poison Ivy Plus Tough Brush will. I don't know about the Ortho. GreenLight Cut Vine and Stump Remover will also work.

Add some soap as a sticker. Waxy leaves are tough to penetrate. Here is a video on how to not get rashes.
