Is my azalea deciduous or evergreen?

I can't remember last winter if my azaleas had leaves or not. So I would like to know. They have been there over 10 years and they stand like 4 feet tall. Except for the 2 close up pics, that I bought recently so it is smaller than the others.

Also, the first 2 close up pics is the purple colored blooming azalea shown in the last pic.
