How to properly save seed from a strawberry to cold stratify and sow

I have a hanging basket of strawberry plants that smell kind of like roses that I got from a local garden center which just finished flowering and are currently now green little fruits, I think the variety and type is a everbearing strawberry called Gasana or pretty in pink strawberry. But does anyone know how I can save the seeds from my strawberries soon and how to properly cold stratify them and sow them when I get a chance too?
