How to fix a leaning tree

I had this planted a little over a year ago and it is obviously leaning so I'm trying to see the best way to go about fixing it...? The third pic is the one that looks like I want the other one any help is greatly appreciated

Hello @Chipd22 and welcome. There are two ways to sort this out. You can either dig around and loosen the roots to straighten the tree, or just take that metal stake out and put it on the other side of the tree to pull the tree over and tie it in. It really shouldn`t be that difficult. Do it sooner rather than later, it should be fine after only a year. When you have wriggled it back to ''soldier fashion'' give it a good drink to help it along.
