How long would you water waxy leaf privet during the winter? I'm wondering how many days a week and minutes when using drip? Let's say day temps between 50-80 and nights in the 40s.

And how long until they are "established"? I see that some trees take years to establish and other plants just a few days.

It takes about a year to establish. You want to keep the soil moist but not soaking wet. The time of watering depends on how well your soil holds water and the gph of your drip system.
