Hosta Planting

Hello, everyone! Today I checked up on the garden im doing for my friend and I though I'd share how it was doing. It's a very simple garden but I'm very proud of it, considering it's my first full garden experience. I also have some hosta that I separated and will be using in the garden. My question is, is it too late for me to plant it? What time of year is it best to plant hosta into the ground? I hope yall have a wonderful day/night and be safe out there!

Yes, Hosta can be planted in late Summer or Fall, like most hardy perennials. I might keep them potted until Spring if they are very small, but the ones I see In your photos should do fine.

Hosta, can be planted anytime of the year as long as you can work the soil.
