As you can see, I have an out of control holly bush/tree in my front bed. It's getting to the point where it's height is making it very hard to prune from the top. What are your recommendations on getting this plant back under control? Thanks!

Cor, that's a good Holly Bush, had to crane my neck to look at the pic though 
You can cut back the branches to the main trunk to expose it, but you'll still need to check the growth at the top.
