Help!! Yellow leaves & black spots

Hi there, I've recently discovered these yellow leaves with black spots on my collard plants. I'm also noticing some yellowing of my new pea sprouts. Any suggestions on what it is and how to treat organically?

The black spots are insect bites. Spray the entire plant with a spinosad based product. The yellowing is probably either environmental or a watering issue.
