I have 6-7 indoor plants, I have ordered a Neem organic fertilizer from amazon and after adding it to soil. after a day all plants got white fungus over the soil and really smell like sewage. Please help out here. I really want to correct it.

If that happened to my plants, I would change the soil/compost they are in and use Osmocote slow release pelleted feed instead. It is really the best, and will feed your plants for months.
