Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

What is the drainage like in that pot? Does it have drainage holes? If not, repot immediately. Even if it does, make certain that the soil and pot are draining well. Wait longer before irrigating, especially in Winter when growth will be ats its slowest. The soil should also drain quickly. You want to keep the soil damp slightly damp, not saturated with water. Let the surface of the soil look mostly dry before watering again. Do not let the plant sit in a puddle, neither inside the pot nor in a saucer.

Drainage is key, but also move it closer to a window for brighter, indirect light.

Alocasia zebrina is an Aroid (Araceae) native to the island of Luzon, in the Philippines.

Do Christmas lights produce enough energy for under canopy plants? I believe I am the first person to ever ask this question?

The light shown in the OP photos would not be sufficient to use as grow lights.

However, LED lights, including string lights, can potentially be used as grow lights. Measure the lumens of any set-up with a light meter to be sure.

Also, asa a side note, older incandescent string lights have been used as frost protection for outdoor plants.
