Hello! First time poster.

I have an elephant ear that's at least 4 years old (don't quite remember when I got her, but I went on vacation 4 years ago and my friend was so afraid she was going to destroy all my plants but when we got home the elephant ear was flowering)

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. I used to have a black thumb and now it's better but not quite green yet in my opinion. At most each stalk will have 6 leaves but the stems in my opinion are going crazy and I don't see anything on the internet like this. (Currently I have 6 leaves on one stem and 2 on the other. One drooped and one went yellow... I think I over watered her or she would have had 4 leaves) should I try and repot it?

Any information will be appreciated and thank you for your time and effort.

I think it’s growing good
I would pick off the loose brown stuff to show the trunk and enjoy it
Dr Case,

I'm moving to a zone 5a...do you think I will be able to elephant ears in this zone mostly in large planters?
