This is the variety that has produced the most so far, and I am impressed! Has anyone tried it yet?

I grow it as a routine tomato. Production depends much on the weather. I might add that comment is applicable to all tomatoes..There are about thirty plants and a variety is planted to insure production, but in general it doesn't matter much IMO what is planted. If it is a reasonable size, nice color then it is acceptable. In my case most is juiced and the most perfect are set aside for table slicing.

Better Boy is a fairly old hybrid. I have grown it 4 or 5 times over the years. It is a good producer if, IF, it doesn't get too warm too soon. It is a mid-season tomato and an indeterminate. It must be staked or tied in some way. IMO it is better grown in a location other than the south.
