I picked up four pretty established lavender from my local nursery. They haven't bloomed yet. I need some answers for the questions I have!
1) when exactly do I prune? -meaning do I prune after there first set of blooms? Or do I do it before and how will I know?
2) when I Repotted them they had root bound but I didn’t break the roots up, is that okay?

Don't top them, let them flower first and really it's best not to break up the roots before planting your Lavender. They look good.
