Growing lavender from plugs

Hello, I need some advice on transplanting lavender plugs. I want to do it organically I need advice on the type of organic compost and or potting soil mixtures. I am new to this and have recently ordered multiple plugs. Any advice on transplanting and growing the lavender organically would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Welcome to the forum.

It might be a good idea to find out if the plugs have got a mesh around it and if the mesh is biodegradable. If it is, you just need to plant it in your compost which doesn't have to be very rich as lavender
