So our elderly neighbor came over last night and knocked on the door. We've all been sick, so we haven't been out in the yard this week to chit chat. Dan put too much weed and feed on the lawn trying to make it grow and killed a few patches. Well, the neighbors wanted to let us know she thinks the reason our garden is dying is because we have worms! Dan explained he over-fertilized and just needs to re-seed and she asked him if he was sure we didn't have worms. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Ahhhhh, I'm sure she's a sweet old lady, if only she knew what the worms get up to in the soil peachdejour. :)

I'm not sure why she thought worms. She got the thought and she just needed to come let us know. I'm sure she was probably worried that she hadn't seen us out and about too. She's one of my favorite people in the neighborhood. I just sat in bed laughing and wondering if there's something about worms I missed in biology.

Haha..and here I thought we all have worms in our garden! Aren't the worms good for the soil? She is a caring neighbor for sure. Hopefully, your garden will take off soon, so she won't worry too much :)

She might be thinking of grub worms and Dan didn't understand her. He is so upset that we can't get the lawn to grow evenly after we had the country replace a sewer pipe last year. He wants a beautiful green lawn, but we have a big tree. He keeps threatening to cut down my tree!

Haha, that's a really funny story! Your neighbor sounds like a very nice person:)
As for worms, I know that most gardeners love them, but I can't even look at them. They're such creepy creatures!
