Fresh salsa

I love avocados, I eat an avocado sometimes... I just cut it in two and then add some lemon juice, a bit soy sauce and a bit salt. Sometimes I only add soy sauce and no more salt, it's delicious! I was the avocado very well before cutting in in half of course! I cut it horizontally, not vertically and start digging in with a spoon, yummy!

Claudine,, most tortilla chips are made with corn masa or corn meal and no flour. I make my salsa with corn and black beans in addition to the usual ingredients,,, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, ect. My family loves it and we put it on fish, chicken,, pork,, almost any kind of meat. We also use it instead of salad dressing on a tossed salad. It is even good straight out of a spoon!
