Edible flowers

Over here we like to eat zuccini flowers, we use them in quesadillas, sometimes we stuff them... we make all sort of things with them! Even tasty soups! I wasn't a big fan of eating flowers unrtil I tried zuccini I think not all the edible flowers out there are necessarily tasty at all. I'm guessing some taste bad, but they're great for decoration purposes Specially over cakes... cakes with white or pink icings

My mom used to put flowers in our salads when we were kids! We loved it! It was so fun to eat the flowers! I haven't done this in a long time. I bet my kids would love it!
